Thirty days, we collect, and you do not need the original box.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind on anything that is not made to your specification. We collect it — you do not need to have kept the packaging, and you do not need to get it back down the stairs yourself.
How it works
- Start the return from your account. Pick the items and tell us why.
- We book a collection slot, usually within four working days.
- The team collects and inspects on the spot where possible.
- Your refund is issued within three working days of the item reaching the maker.
What we can and cannot take back
- Stock items
- Full refund within 30 days, collection free.
- Made to order
- Only if faulty or not as described — it was built for you.
- Fabric and finish samples
- Keep them. No need to return.
- Damaged in transit
- Report within 48 hours with photos. Replaced or refunded, your choice.
- Assembled or modified
- Assessed case by case. Tell us before you modify anything.
