The agreement between you and Arama.

Arama is a marketplace. We select the makers, set the retail price, hold the customer relationship and stand behind the order. The maker builds the piece and, in most cases, ships it.

The essentials

  • Your contract for the goods is with Arama. If something goes wrong, you deal with us, not the workshop.
  • Prices are inclusive of GST and shown in Pakistani rupees.
  • Compare-at prices reflect a price genuinely held for at least 28 days, or a documented manufacturer RRP.
  • Lead times are estimates given by the maker; we publish their historical on-time rate so you can judge them.
  • Statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
